Welcome to my professional portfolio. My name is Zander Doland, and I specialize in Production with a focus on pre-production, post-production editing, visual effects, and/audio integration. As a soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Film and Theatre, I bring four years of hands-on experience and content to the table. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality productions that resonate with and elevate storytelling.

News Crew member/Videographer/Editor at CHS
AUG 2017 - JUNE 2021
During my 4 years at CHS, I was enrolled in the three video productions classes they taught. In these classes I worked on the news show where I learned commercial lighting, controlling sound boards and being part of a crew to make the show go smoothly in a stressful environment. I also created commercials for school and local businesses, as well as learn and work on my own editing and video skills. My forth year is where I earned my certificate in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Internship at Southeast Media Productions
MARCH 2021 - JUNE 2021
While at CHS, i was required to find an internship to be apart of. I found myself helping the amazing Craig Hockinson with his company Southeast Media Productions. During this internship I arrived at shoots and helped Craig carry equipment, film shots, take pictures, help with sound, and anything else he needed help with. Below you will find some of the projects I helped Mr.Hockinson produce.

OCT 2014 - PRESENT
In 2014, I created a personal channel showcasing the growth of my film making abilities. While these videos may be a side project, I find them an excellent look into a film maker's journey. They may be silly, they have over 90,000 views overall, and show just a fraction of what I can accomplish.
HACC Film/Theatre
AUGUST 2021 - PRESENT
For the last few years, HACC has been the place I’ve been able to really come into my own as a film maker and has given me the equipment to explore that, allowing me to create music videos, commercials, and short films.
